Onboard, you’ll find a full 3-band EQ and Presence, Master volume, and Boost controls — from there, things escalate. Using the NUX TSAC-2K algorithm, the Amp Academy provides the sound and feel of a world-class tube amp. Two switches offer access to six preloaded amp models, with 12 more featured in the included Amp Academy editor. Sweetwater guitarists revel in the versatile connectivity options, with 1/4-inch, 1/8-inch, and XLR outputs, applicable to studio, live, and practice scenarios. Practice silently with the drum machine and looper functions, record with the DI out, or take your tone live with the compact, travel-friendly design. With its easy-to-learn switches and knobs combined with the powerful editor and app, the NUX Amp Academy is a great way to go ampless, no matter your application.
